Cutting & Assembly Steps
- Cut Fabric Strips: Cut rectangular panels using the calculated Cut Height. When a tier's required width exceeds your fabric bolt width, cut multiple panels and join them with side seams.
- Gathering Rows: Sew two parallel rows of long basting stitches across the upper edge of each tier to draw up the gathers evenly before pinning.
- Elastic Waistband Tip: If using a pull-on elastic band, input your hip circumference as the waist measurement so the waist opening slides over your hips.

• Tier 1 Width = Waist × 1.5
